Rick Heckadon has made a career out of solving technology problems for businesses for almost 19 years now. Rather than calling it a career, he prefers to think that it's his calling in life. What is unique about his calling is that he has been able to become an expert in two distinct areas of this vocation; Systems Architect and Computer Programming. This duality was forged from working with multiple small businesses, where having only one trade is never enough.

Throughout his career, Rick Heckadon has been instrumental in keeping his clients computer infrastructure running smoothly with a 99.8% uptime while making sure the infrastructure is steadily upgraded to stay abreast with new and better technologies at a low cost to clients. Also securely defending the infrastructure from on-line criminal activities with a 0.0001% incident rate. Furthermore, Rick Heckadon has single-handedly built multiple in-house computer software systems from the ground up that helped his clients save money and time by reducing man-hours and creating efficiencies with his client's business processes.
